Architectural Technician / Design Coordinator - Buildings, Civil Engineering, very varied work. Very interesting projects, lots of career progression and autonomy - Evesham
An established construction business that operates across multiple sectors requires a Design Coordinator to join their team. Duties will include:
1. Collate and coordinate design drawings for both civils and building schemes.
2. Review and advise on any changes to design.
3. Manage planning applications and the planning process.
4. Communicate with external design consultants for on-time reports.
5. Ensure all design data is formatted in the correct manner.
6. Ensure that all reports are formatted and written effectively and correctly for presentation purposes.
The ideal candidate will come from an architectural technician background and must have a clear eye for design, changes, and CAD drawings. This is not an out-and-out design role, but more of a reviewing information and managerial post. The position is predominantly office-based with some site visits.
Salary between £30 - £45k (dependent on experience).
