Role will include;
Import Operations:
Coordinate Imports, Sourcing, Repairs and Return Material Authorization.
Collaborate with all necessary stakeholders, including carriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers to optimize the importation process.
Customs Compliance:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance requirements.
Control the IPR process from RMA to Bill of Discharge.
Prepare and submit accurate customs clearance instructions and other relevant paperwork.
Work closely with import brokers to resolve any issues and ensure compliance with import regulations.
Organize and maintain comprehensive shipment records, ensuring documentation is complete and accessible for auditing purposes.
Verify and review shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with customs requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Seasoned experience in the international transportation or logistics industry and IPR (Inward Processing Relief) process knowledge.
Experience of using Microsoft Office products.
Experience of using SAP or equivalent enterprise systems experience would be beneficial (can be trained).
Strong attention to detail.
Team Player.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and without constant supervision
