Bodyshop Administrator to join a small, busy and personable team. This position is paying an annual salary of £28,000 - £35,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 18:00.
Duties:
1. Supporting the Manager in estimating, customer service and parts departments
2. Invoicing customers
3. Monitoring progress of the vehicle throughout the repair process
4. Handling payments and dealing with customer queries
5. Filing
6. Customer service, front of house meeting customers
7. Other adhoc administrative tasks

Experience required:
1. Experience in a bodyshop office
2. Experience with Audatex system
3. Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
4. PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
