Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front of House Clubhouse Manager to lead our team and enhance the clubhouse experience for members and guests. The successful candidate will be proactive, driven, and enthusiastic with the ability to work independently and bring fresh ideas to the role.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations of internal and external functions, the bar, and the halfway house facility ensuring seamless execution and excellent member satisfaction.
* Develop effective procedures for the bar and functions, including creating rotas aligned with business demands to optimize productivity and efficiency.
* Promote sales growth by encouraging upselling and providing comprehensive training to staff to enhance their skills and confidence.
* Maintain optimal stock levels to meet business needs, ensuring minimal waste and maximum profitability.
* Manage and supervise all bar and function staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
* Collaborate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and negotiate favorable terms.
* Ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation throughout the clubhouse at all times.
* Comply with health and safety regulations and legal requirements, maintaining a safe and secure environment for members and staff.
Salary & Benefits:
* The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary within the range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

About You:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in food and beverage management is essential.
* Previous golf club experience is desirable but not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training.
