The position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional HR environment while supporting various aspects of human resources, including administration, training and development, and project work.
Your new role
In your HR position, you will be responsible for all HR Administration duties, including managing and maintaining employee records, preparing contracts, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will support the coordination and delivery of training programmes and development initiatives for employees. You will be responsible for managing the administration relating to the employee review process. Contributing to HR-related projects aimed at developing existing procedures and enhancing employee engagement. You will prepare and maintain HR reports, ensuring data is accurate and compliant. Assist with the management and development of current HR-related business systems and act as a point of contact for employees, providing assistance with HR-related queries and ensuring a professional and responsive service.
What you'll need to succeed
As HR & Talent graduate, you will have a positive attitude and self-starting ability with the aptitude to take ownership of projects as required and see them through to completion. Essentially, you will have a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (a CIPD qualification or progress toward one is desirable). Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels of the organisation. A proactive and professional attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with HR systems or databases (desirable but not essential). A full driving licence and willingness to travel to other locations as required.
