While their expertise covers both mechanical and electrical services, this role focuses primarily on the mechanical side of the business with occasional involvement in electrical works Due to company growth, they are now seeking a Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee and deliver mechanical projects. As the Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will work on all mechanical systems, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget. Oversee projects from design and specification through to installation and maintenance, ensuring all work is completed to client specifications. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare pricing documents and manage financial planning, using Microsoft Excel for cost control. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise. Ensure all work complies with industry standards and health and safety regulations. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status and performance. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Mechanical Contracts Manager - M&E Contractor Requirements Strong Mechanical background Some familiarity with electrical works, with the ability to manage projects involving minor electrical tasks.
