Joseph Ash Galvanizing Bridgend are currently looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join the team to assist with the day to day running of the business. You will be working within our established administration team as well as with other departments within the division and remotely with Head Office to assist in administrative duties and general day to day site queries from both colleagues and customers. Main Responsibilities: Creating sales invoices Producing and reconciling supplier purchase orders Answering incoming calls and handling with confidence and to a high level of professionalism Handling any general administration tasks as required by the business Supporting the current admin team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the site Meeting and greeting site visitors Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience within a similar role in administration. Attention to detail and personal high standards are important Good written and verbal communications skills. Good numeracy skills essential Ability to demonstrate strong commitment to the Company values Ability to fit within the team.
