Working closely with the wider UK HR team you will provide strong internal customer support, driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
In this fast-paced role you will be responsible for the legal and internal governance compliance framework ensuring it is enacted through all site transactional activities.

What your impact will be:
* Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers, working with them to develop HR solutions for people-related business challenges, leveraging other partners in HR where needed.
* Ensure adherence with all compliance standards and internal policy and procedures.
* Use of HR systems (e.g. PeoplePoint) in compliance with business processes and SOX standards.
* Support the Senior HRBP and site HRBP with ad-hoc projects.
