Job Title: Administrative Support to Senior Executive (Temporary, Full-time) Contract Type: Temporary, Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Salary: Competitive, plus pension and benefits Role Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive individual to provide dedicated administrative support to a senior leader. This is a fixed-term, six-month contract, offering an immediate start. The role requires exceptional organisational and coordination skills to manage daily responsibilities for a senior executive and ensure the smooth operation of a busy office environment. The position offers a fast-paced working environment with opportunities for professional development and training to support career growth. The successful candidate will benefit from a generous holiday entitlement, starting at 25 days plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service. Key Responsibilities: As a key support to a senior leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to: Managing complex schedules and coordinating meetings, including diary management and arranging appointments Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Handling correspondence and drafting communications, including emails and reports Organising and supporting high-level meetings, including agenda preparation, document distribution, and minute-taking Coordinating administrative processes, including appraisals and personnel-related documentation Liaising with external organisations on administrative matters, including compliance and logistics Providing general office support, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting team needs Assisting with special projects and initiatives as required by the senior executiveThe role will offer a great deal of variety, providing the opportunity to develop new skills while supporting a senior leader in a high-energy environment.
