We provide person-centered individualized care with a focus on the model of Positive Behavioural Support (PBS)!
You will receive a 2-week induction to learn about PBS, understanding communication and behavior, and how to teach skills enabling people to live the lifestyle they wish! A workplace induction follows which enables you to learn how to support individuals in the way they wish. We have a leadership pathway for those with the right ambition, skills, and aptitude which can take you from Support Worker to Team Leader and beyond!
