Job Details You will be responsible for the overall performance relating to service, repairs and maintenance of the business. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention, with a keen focus on increasing revenues and reducing costs.
What will your role look like?Consistently deliver high levels of customer service in line with the 5-Star Customer Promise, while managing daily activities of the service, repairs, maintenance team, and handling complaints.
* Effectively manage and monitor the department's P&L, complete billing, and maximise gross profitability of all services
* Produce accurate reports to track completed works, meet deadlines, and evaluate revenue and costs
* Manage all service contracts in line with SLA requirements
* Participate in pricing parts, labour, and other charges, ensuring policies and procedures are up-to-date
* Assist with PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and accreditations
* Manage customer complaints and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) processes
