Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Children's Home Manager for a new children's home based in Leeds. This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday - Friday.
The package on offer is top end market rate of up to £72,000.
Duties of the Children's Home Registered Manager include:
* Manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with EBD
* Build and develop staff team
* Manage residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support Workers
* Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards
* Manage recruitment and staffing
* Work with SMT to ensure the service implements companies policies and procedures
* Manage quality assurance
Package:
* A competitive salary of up to £60,000
* + £5,000 in welcome bonuses
* + up to 10% performance bonuses
Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence
* Completed Level 5 Residential Childcare
* Experience within an EBD Setting
* QCF 3 in Children and young people's workforce (children's social care pathway) or equivalent.
