Vice Principal – Education - The William Henry Smith School
Location: Based at The William Henry Smith School (with responsibility for multiple sites)

Purpose of Role
Working closely with the CEO/Executive Principal and Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning, safeguarding, and pastoral care. You will also oversee key aspects of curriculum development, staff development, and student progress, ensuring that the Foundation remains a dynamic and innovative learning environment. You will be instrumental in driving excellence in education, inclusion, and student well-being across all sites, ensuring that every learner has access to a high-quality, supportive, and enriching educational experience.
This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can inspire and empower both students and staff, fostering a culture of ambition, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will be a proactive problem solver, able to work effectively with internal teams and external partners to achieve the best possible outcomes for all learners.
