The Role: We are seeking a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Headteacher. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Headteacher. Manage the Headteacher’s diary, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Headteacher. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required. Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Liaise with staff, parents, governors, and external agencies. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Support with school events and projects as needed. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience as a PA or in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
