Our client, a Health Care organisation in the South East, is looking for a Job Planning Lead to support on a medical job planning project. This role will be a 6- 12 month fixed term contract starting as soon as possible. Details: Band 8c NHS experience essential Flexible on-site working, face to face meetings and cross-site working The ideal candidate will: Experience with using the Health Rota system (desirable) Have a strong background in Medical HR and know Job Planning like the back of their hand, to support with the NHSE mandated requirement for the Trust to have 95% of their consultants and specialist doctors with electronic job plans Report into the Head of Medical HR and work closely with the executive team Have oversight of 1.7 WTE Job Planners in the HR Medical team but no formal line management Have excelent Excel skills If you are interested, please apply and we will give you a call.
