We are recruiting on behalf of a mainstream primary school in Wembley for a SEND teaching assistant to support a child with non-verbal ASD and challenging behaviour on a 1:1 basis. The role involves working closely with the child to provide tailored support and help them engage in their learning. This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 4:00, with a 4:30 finish on Tuesdays for training). The role will require you to provide personal care.
To be considered for the role, candidates must have:
1. Primary school experience
2. At least a Level 3 qualification or equivalent (A-level or higher)
3. A strong command of English, both spoken and written
