The Costing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Internal Sales Team with a set of key customers, managing internal and external contacts to provide quotations, load and progress orders and ensure that customers are always fully updated.Reporting to the Internal Sales Supervisor, the Costing Coordinator will take responsibility for ensuring that all quotations are accurately costed, with GM% in line with business strategy and delivered to the Account Managers within an agreed timeline.Costing Coordinator Job Description
1. Process RFQs
* Prioritise loading of RFQs onto EFACS and Salesforce
* Provide accurate costings for customer RFQs
* Liaise with all business functions to secure accurate data
* Raise Price Reqs and support tickets as and when required
* Apply smart pricing to all quotations
* Maintain agreed GM% in line with business strategy
