What we’re looking for
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive specialising in telesales and outbound calls. You will play a key role in promoting our brand and selling our security services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, capable of identifying and converting potential clients into long-term customers.
Key Objectives
* Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through a focused telesales strategy.
* Develop a deep understanding of our services to identify and target prospects in defined sectors.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with potential customers using effective listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
* Client Engagement: Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and position Brooknight Security as a trusted partner, passing qualified leads to the Sales team.
* Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
* Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our services, industry trends, and competitors.
* CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain records of all sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
* Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure long-term growth.
* Client Feedback: Gather and relay client feedback to the Sales team to optimise opportunities.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
* Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture relationships and convert leads into clients.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
* Experience: Previous experience in telesales or outbound sales; experience within the security industry would be advantageous.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
* Motivation: A highly self-motivated individual with a results-oriented mindset.
* Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs, ask insightful questions, and handle objections effectively.
* Time Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a keen eye for detail.
* Team Player: A collaborative attitude with a willingness to support colleagues.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
