What will you be doing?
We’re seeking an ambitious individual to join our Financial Planning team in London. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week.
As a Client Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with the aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
* Building relationships with clients and maintaining regular contact.
* Liaising with operational teams to support activities such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, and static data changes.
* Preparation of meeting packs and valuations as required.
* Maintaining back-office systems and client records in line with company policies.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Proven experience working within Financial Planning.
* Experience in a client support/financial planner supporting role.
* Knowledge of financial products such as ISAs, SIPPs, Pensions, Investments, and Bonds.
* An ambition to build a career within a financial services firm, with a willingness to learn and develop.
* A strong ethic of client service.
* Studying towards an accredited Level 4 qualification preferred but not essential.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
* The ability to effectively plan workload and display excellent organisational skills.
