Job Title: SEN Tutor Location: South East England, Berkshire, Reading Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Salary: £20 - £30 per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Create individualised learning plans for each student to address their specific needs and goals. Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions using a variety of teaching methods. Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support. Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification. Experience working with students with SEN. Knowledge of SEN support strategies and interventions. Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Experience: Prior experience working as a SEN Tutor or in a similar role. Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of SEN laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching techniques to suit individual student needs. Working Conditions: The role of SEN Tutor is part-time and temporary, requiring flexibility in working hours.
