SEN Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Support (ADHD) – Immediate Start

Teaching Personnel is looking for a caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a KS1 child with ADHD at a welcoming primary school in Farnworth, Bolton (BL4). This role offers an immediate start and a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Role Overview:
* Location: Farnworth, Bolton (BL4)
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
* Pay Rate: £90 - £100 per day
* Start Date: ASAP (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)
Your Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored 1:1 support, helping the child engage, focus, and succeed in the classroom.
* Create a positive and structured learning environment to encourage emotional and academic growth.
* Implement personalised strategies to enhance concentration, motivation, and progress.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to monitor and adapt support as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children with ADHD or other SEN needs.
* A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to learning support.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant SEN qualifications or training (desirable but not essential).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
