What you'll do
As a Business Support Lead, you’ll be leading the implementation of the business strategy in relation to clearing and vendor management, as well as overseeing the performance of outsourced operational services. We’ll look to you to establish effective communication and feedback tools as you deliver strategic and operational improvements, identifying any industry driven opportunities that could enhance our business proposition.
Day to day, you’ll be:
* Creating a model for day-to-day oversight of internal clearing flows, including performance oversight of externally outsourced operational services
* Building relationships with internal partners and suppliers to resolve issues and meet business requirements
* Producing and presenting insightful analysis to assist with operational effectiveness and continuous improvement
The skills you'll need
To join us in this role, you’ll be an excellent communicator with senior level experience of working within a clearing environment. Along with an ability to proactively manage a varied work stack, you’ll have a proven track record of managing strategy and operational teams.
We’ll also need you to have:
* Experience of operational and strategy environments
* The ability to act with integrity and give due skill care and diligence in all interactions
* The ability to produce data driven recommendations for business improvements
* Experience of working within a decision support function engaging with senior managers
