Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager:

* Recommend suitable products or services based on customer needs
* Maximize sales and performance by identifying improvement areas
* Lead by example, motivating, training, and developing your team using our Pets Corner Curriculum
* Maintain high standards in store and product presentation
* Stay updated on pricing, promotions, and merchandising
* Handle key responsibilities, including opening and closing the store
* Manage inventory by checking deliveries, conducting stocktakes, and investigating stock losses
