Summary:
Dealmoon UK is looking for an experienced Web Campaign Specialist to monitor and manage the effectiveness and cost of our online tools, such as Weibo and Fensitong; review and revise online campaigns in light of sales figures and surveys, ensuring to drive high traffic on the Dealmoon UK website via various online advertising strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Work with clients to understand their requirements regarding various online resources, graphics, animation, digital content, target audience, and advertising media.
2. Design, manage, and implement user acquisition strategies.
3. Plan, execute, manage, and analyze user acquisition campaigns across online & offline channels (social media, search engines, newsletters) to achieve goals.
4. Optimize CRM campaigns & newsletters based on performance and engagement data.
5. Communicate clearly to the management team with plans, status, and challenges to meet objectives.
6. Monitor the rollout of a display campaign that drives new customer acquisition and provide paid media reports with relative metrics.
7. Review the attribution model requirement across all acquisition channels to understand the value of the channels in the user journey.
Required Skills:
1. Degree level or equivalent educational background.
2. Fluent in English and Chinese to native level.
3. Strong oral and written communication skills.
4. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and advertising, with a track record of data-driven growth in an online community or business.
5. Enjoy the fast-paced nature of a start-up business and be a self-starter.
6. Ability and experience to implement strategic and conceptual thinking across editorial, content, and campaigns is a definite plus.
7. Ability to connect insights and data to deliver the right content in the right way at the right time.
8. Digitally experienced and understand the foundations of SEO, community building, content marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
9. Fantastic attention to detail, especially when working under time pressure.
10. Hard-working, enthusiastic, and passionate about digital.
