We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Food Technology Teacher to join a vibrant school in Birmingham as soon as possible. This full-time position is ideal for both experienced Food Technology teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are passionate about delivering engaging and practical lessons to students.
As a Food Technology Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Food Technology at KS3 and KS4. The role requires a strong focus on practical skills, creativity, and ensuring students understand the importance of nutrition, food preparation, and safe practices in the kitchen. You should be able to differentiate lessons to cater for a diverse range of learners, from those who need extra support to those who are highly gifted.

Experience and Qualifications
* Food Technology Teacher with experience teaching KS3 and KS4
* QTS or PGCE
* Degree in Food Technology, Home Economics, or a related field
* Experience teaching Food Technology at KS3 and KS4 (desirable, but not essential for ECTs)
Salary
The salary for this position will be in line with the MPS/UPS pay scale, depending on experience.
