Job Title: Childcare Solicitor (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid Working Considered)
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (Negotiable)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
1. Running a varied caseload of children law matters, including but not limited to domestic abuse, neglect, care proceedings, care applications, PLO's, adoption and abduction
2. Performing advocacy during hearings
3. Liaising with and managing clients
4. Allocation of administrative tasks
