Competencies: Inspirational leader Ability to build a strong team and improve team engagement Problem solving skills People management skills Ability to mentor and motivate others to achieve their objectives Goal orientated & self-motivated Time / focus management & prioritisation skills Project Planning Flexibility (job role, projects and location) Ability to use initiative Organisation and administration skills Day to Day Responsibilities: I will manage care homes in a Home Manager's absence I will assist with the integration of new homes as required I will support Home Managers to achieve any Jasmine Aims they are not achieving I will assist with documenting processes for the care homes I will assist with adding new modules to electronic platforms (e.g. eMAR) I will assist with periodic projects to increase occupancy I will assist with periodic projects to reduce vacancies/agency I will assist with project to embed cultural and behavioural changes in line with our values I will offer support to the rest of the Leadership Support Team, including holiday cover Essential Requirements: NVQ 3 in Care or equivalent (or registered nurse) and willingness to study for NVQ 5 or NVQ 7 Minimum of one years experience as a Home Manager of an elderly residential or nursing home Registered Manager that has been through a CQC inspection with the rating improving or remaining 'good' or 'outstanding' Must live within a 1 hour 20 minutes drive of the Jasmine Support Hub in Sleaford, Lincs (NG34 7EQ) Preferred Requirements: NVQ Level 5 and/or NVQ Level 7 Registered Nurse with the NMC Three years' experience as a Home Manager of a residential or nursing home Manager that has been through a CQC inspection with the rating improving or remaining 'good' or 'outstanding' One years' experience as a trouble shooter / peripatetic manager Join us for a rewarding career where you're supported, recognised, and appreciated
