Job Description
* Providing HR advice and support to managers and staff.
* Assisting with recruitment and selection processes.
* Managing HR systems and employee records.
* Preparing payroll data/information.
* Coordinating training and development initiatives.
* Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Supporting performance management and disciplinary procedures.
* Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture.
* Travel to other sites as and when required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* Proven experience in a similar HR role within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
* Previously worked in a generalist HR role.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills working with Managers.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
* Proficiency in HR systems, reporting, and preparation of payroll data.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Full clean driving licence and own car.
