We are looking for a Sales Ledger Assistant to join our manufacturing and utilities client based in Rochdale to start in January 2025.

Salary: £29,000 - £32,000
Hours Of Work: Monday To Friday 8am – 5pm (30 mins per day for lunch)
Contract: Permanent
Sales Ledger Assistant Core Responsibilities:
1. Credit control
2. Month end accounts
3. Raising invoices
4. Data entry using MS Excel (This will be a large part of the role)
5. Assisting with producing management accounts
Other Sales Ledger Assistant Responsibilities:
1. Fully support the invoicing team in the everyday running of the office
2. Deal with clients and fellow employees' requests
3. General administration duties
Sales Ledger Senior Essential Skills:
1. At least 2 years’ experience within a similar Sales Ledger Assistant role
2. Excellent MS Excel skills
3. Experience within the financial sector
4. Strong attention to detail & organisational skills
5. Supervisory experience
