The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Funeral Arranger. As a key member of our funeral services team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and advice to clients planning a funeral service. Your empathetic approach, combined with your excellent communication skills, will ensure that every family feels valued and supported throughout this difficult time.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, listening to and addressing the needs of clients and their families.
* Assist with family visits, answering questions, and offering support and guidance.
* Build positive relationships within the local community, fostering trust and understanding through effective communication and collaboration.
* Work collaboratively with other colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of funeral services, including manual handling of coffins and deceased individuals.
