Come and join our team You will be responsible for: Assisting with customer queries using a customer helpdesk; Answering customer calls, and recording and disseminating leads; Handling contracts and scheduling the delivery of consultancy work; Undertaking administrative duties; and Raising invoices and customer credits, and processing expenses requests. To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous customer service experience; Problem-solving skills; and An eye for detail and accuracy. You may have: Salesforce experience or experience using a CRM system; Experience handling tickets in a customer helpdesk (Zendesk, Freshservice or similar); and A degree or equivalent qualification.
