We are looking for an Associate Delivery Manager to join our small, but highly talented and growing team to help deliver new and expand existing platform services.

Proven experience of working in a fast paced, multi-disciplinary, environment
Ability to solve issues and unblock problems, helping to drive the team forward and making sure the team are working towards delivery commitments
Effective in communicating both a delivery plan and progress against a plan to a range of stakeholders
Ability to communicate effectively across technical and political boundaries
Demonstrate honesty, integrity, care and compassion when dealing with others, utilising tact and persuasion skills when necessary
Ability to work on own initiative, to organise and prioritise own workloads, to meet strict deadlines
