Role Responsibility
1. Always adhere to company cash handling procedures.
2. Assist with setup prior to guests' arrival, ensuring all necessary equipment is in place.
3. Complete any task assigned by a supervisor, always working proactively.
4. Provide the highest possible level of customer service, taking both food and beverage orders as required.
5. Assist with food service.
6. Remain attentive to guests’ needs, working in a timely manner to minimize any wait times.
7. Ensure all food and beverage products served are of the required standard, well presented, and served in line with service guidelines.
8. Maintain extensive knowledge of all products stocked, and any applicable promotions.
9. Maintain a safe and tidy work environment, with any effective equipment reported.
10. Clear areas at all times.
11. Report any guests' complaints.
12. Assist with the clear down of the area to the required level when service is complete.
13. Complete adherence to all licensing legislation, including that which is company specific.
14. Ensure correct hygiene handling (processing) of food items is maintained.
15. Align with the company's Equality & Diversity policies.
16. Adhere to all Health and Safety, Food Safety & Food Allergens policies.
