1st/ 2nd Line Support Engineer BVR are a long established IT support provider supporting various Central London based companies. A demanding but rewarding role has arisen for a self-starter with solid 1st / 2nd line experience ready to take their next step in IT support. The successful candidate will benefit from ongoing career progression.As a 1st/ 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing network support to one of our clients. Joining a friendly team in a busy and face-paced environment, you act as the first point of contact for clients.To be considered for this position, you must have:Strong Microsoft 365 skillsA knowledge of Microsoft Server administration (Active Directory)Knowledge of both server and desktop hardware Understanding of TCP/IP protocols, Routers, Switches etcExcellent Interpersonal skillsAs a customer facing Support Engineer, you must have strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise your workload. This is an onsite roll so the ability to commute to Central London is a must
