Role: Residential Childcare Worker
Salary: Up to £26,150.19 per annum (Depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (38 hours per week, four-week rotation consisting of four or five shifts per week Mon – Sun 07:30 - 22:00)
Location: Falkland, Fife
Essential: Right to work in the UK, we do not offer Sponsorship. Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle

The Opportunity
Options Autism, part of Outcomes First Group, are recruiting Residential Childcare Worker to join our teams within the Fife area.
This is a role with an exciting career and development plan, structured to ensure our staff are trained, supported, and continually developed. We want to give you the best possible toolkit, to deliver outstanding care and support to our children and young people and help them achieve incredible outcomes.
There will be a thorough induction, fully expensed training courses and the opportunity to expand your knowledge. You will be supported to gain the necessary qualification to meet SSSC registration requirements, and you will gain a firm understanding of autism spectrum disorder and associated support needs, within a positive, supportive working environment. It is a great opportunity to launch your career and see it flourish.
Falkland House School is an independent school offering day and residential placements to pupils with autism and complex needs, including learning difficulties. The majority of young people are placements aged 8-18 years old and are a mix of 38 and 52 weeks.
The site is based in Fife, Scotland and is part of Options Autism. Options Autism is a national provider of specialist education, care and therapeutic services for individuals with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. We provide a person-centred approach to education and support, looking at the full needs of the individual and adapting our approach accordingly.
