As an Outbound Sales Executive you are pivotal to the success of this business who are a leading telemarketing service based in Birmingham City Centre. With more than two decades in the industry, they have experienced unrivalled success and have many retained clients across the UK and Europe. Your main responsibility is to nurture and build relationships, expertly navigating objections in order to generate leads and book appointments. This short term role will be working with one of their clients based in the USA therefore the hours of work will be 2pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday. Following a weeks training on site, you will be working from home in the main. Please only apply if you can reasonable commute to Birmingham for an entire 1-2 weeks for training and can commit to a full 12 weeks on the above hours/times Key Responsibilities of the Outbound Sales Executive: Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients, promoting our clients products and services Qualify leads to understand business needs, challenges, and their decision-making processes. Schedule meetings for our clients’ sales teams to attend and close the sale. Ensure all data and information taken from calls is accurately recorded in our CRM system Key Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing or sales development preferably from an outbound perspective Strong communication skills.
