Position:
We are looking for the HR Business Partner to join the UK HR division, in a working environment that guarantees strong professional growth. The work site will be in Stroud (Gloucester).
As a principal member of the HR team in UK, the HR Business Partner is responsible for the plant for the entire HR contribution and added value to the corporate functions, translating the company’s objectives into HR priorities and ensuring effective implementation in collaboration
with the Group HR Division.
Main activities
* Measures employee work performance; creates a map of actual processes and depicts the current situation with flow charts; identifying critical issues, aligning organizational objectives and identifying key indicators.
* Oversees implementation of HR processes, ensuring compliance with Group policy and guidelines. Implement and ensure compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies.
* Meets with employees in targeted interviews, gathering information on how they perform their activities, to whom they report hierarchically, with what operational responsibilities, in order to understand their skills and expectations and involve them in active participation in defining tasks and identifying opportunities for professional development.
* Supports the definition of training and development guidelines.
* Identifies and build talent bench strength together with the leaders in the organization. Utilizes Our Leadership Pillars and Diversity360 to help drive culture and behavior connecting our People to Potential.
* Provides support and advice in budget planning and development.
* Supports the definition of programs and the promotion of communications that defines corporate objectives and reinforce a collaborative culture through annual surveys, internal events, reward and recognition initiatives.
* Partner with managers and employees in the respective functions to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies. Counsel Managers and employees on the most effective solutions to resolve issues. Acts as consultant, sparring partner, coach, and facilitator to leaders.
Requirements:
Main candidate requirements:
* Work experience in a similar position with 6/8 years’ experience.
* Job market knowledge of Gloucester (UK).
* Theoretical knowledge of labour law.
* Excellent knowledge of English languages.
* Familiarity with the main computer media and professional knowledge of the Office 365 package.
