As the HR Administrator at HMP Forest Bank, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day functions of the HR team. Your responsibilities will span a variety of areas, from maintaining records and ensuring data accuracy to coordinating recruitment support activities and facilitating HR meetings. You will handle key administrative tasks such as processing employee absence records, managing changes in pay and terms, and maintaining up-to-date electronic files. Beyond that, you'll also take charge of administrative recruitment tasks like setting up new starters, coordinating compliance checks, and conducting right-to-work vetting. With a focus on collaboration, you'll work closely with the central PeopleServices team to streamline administrative processes and address queries from employees and managers alike. The role also requires a keen eye for detail, as you'll be responsible for producing reports that track essential HR metrics and ensure alignment with our operational goals.
