Build relationships with smaller accounts to ensure retention and renewals. Deliver product demonstrations to both existing and potential clients. Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to identify upsell opportunities. Represent the company at client visits, exhibitions, and conferences. Maintain records in HubSpot CRM and provide insights on customer feedback. What We're Looking For: 2 years' experience in a customer success role (preferably SaaS or tech). Strong communication & problem-solving skills. Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus). A customer-first mindset with a positive, adaptable attitude.
