We are looking for a highly skilled individual to join us as a Weighbridge Officer based in Corby to operate weighing plants and issue measurement tickets. The successful candidate will work a various shift pattern, 0600-1400, 1400-2200 and 2200-0600 guaranteed 42 hours per week. Weighbridge experience - essential Knowledge of Tandem and Planet Press systems - Desirable Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel) Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards What are you going to do: Identify the different types of material to apply the correct load tolerances. Follow rules and regulations regarding vehicle weight limits. Remove bundles from loads where necessary whilst observing for any errors/omissions. Ensure drivers who arrive on site have the correct PPE. Issue correct loads by reviewing reference numbers. Ensure any scrap metal is recorded accurately and applied to the correct debt/location.
