We are seeking an full-time ADHD Patient Administrator, based in our Bracknell office, to join us as soon as possible. You will be providing digital assistance and administrative support to patients accessing our Adult ADHD Assessment and Treatment Service.
You will be:
* Providing customer support for patients accessing ADHD treatment and navigating digital platforms
* Managing patient contact and organising appointments
* Carefully tracking the completion of patient records and escalating patient concerns
* Collating and formatting psychiatric reports for distribution
* Generating quality metric reports for service evaluation
Requirements
You must:
* Be an experienced administrator within the healthcare sector
* Understand medical terminology with a basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology and ideally have experience working in mental health
* Have strong written and spoken English language skills
* Have strong customer service and computer skills
* Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* You will be able to work in our Bracknell office.
