What you’ll be doing:
Leading the governance arrangements for the project including Director Reviews, Programme Reviews, and Government-to-Government Reviews, and working with stakeholders to maintain metrics and develop presentations
Ensuring the project stays compliant with the Business Lifecycle Management (Gated Review) requirements
Coordinating with key internal stakeholders, relevant seniors and international parties for the requirements of International VIP Visits
Maintaining a live Risk, Issues and Opportunities register, and expediting actions
Monitoring costs to budget and updating financial forecasts
Managing and coordinating bids and proposals for new contracts and extensions
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Demonstrable Project Management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Experienced in Report writing
Good Stakeholder Management experience, ideally up to Senior Leadership level, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
Desirable:
Recognised Project Management qualification, such as APM
Previous Bid Management experience
Understanding of Project Lifecycle Management (gated review process)

The (XX) team:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the International Exchange Team, contributing to the SSNA Programme. You will play a key role in facilitating international knowledge transfers. As the team expands to support multiple international exchange programmes, you’ll collaborate with international partners and senior leaders, while also having the chance to shape strategic international knowledge transfer initiatives. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
