I enjoy going for rides in the car and out for walks. Especially having my snack whilst I am out. I like to watch movies on TV at home, especially comedies. I find bubbles great fun and really enjoy it when staff encourage me to play with bubbles. I enjoy going out to play bowling, especially if this is followed with a pint at the pub. My aspiration is to visit Buckingham palace, so if you have any inside connections, you are hired This role will involve driving the company vehicle so a UK Drivers License is essential. Due to the insurance policy, you must have had your license for a minimum of 3 years. Your values: The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in learning disabilities and autism. If you do not have a qualification, you will need to have experience in social care and be willing to worktowards one. You will know how to connect with people and be passionate about supporting people to live independently. You will also be a brilliant mentor and share your skills and experiences with your colleagues. We will develop your talents with a range of specialist training, including the opportunity to learn Positive Behaviour Support methods.
