We are looking to recruit a Panel Tech on a permanent basis to join a leading modern accident repair centre with extensive facilities and all the latest revolutionary equipment and body shop systems. Responsibilities: Perform high-quality panel repairs and replacements on a variety of vehicles. Utilize industry-leading techniques and equipment to ensure precise and efficient repairs. Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding results. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times and to approved vehicle manufacturers standards. Skills : Previous experience as a Panel Technician - 5 years experience essential, ATA accredited preferred. Knowledge of automotive repair techniques and methods. Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment effectively. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license. Excellent competitive salary on offer which is open to negotiation at interview - based on level of experience, additional comprehensive high paying bonus scheme potentially equating up to an additional £1000 per month based on performance Company training and development to enhance current skills. 30 days holiday including public holidays, plus additional days with service. Working pattern is on a Mon - Fri basis - 8.00am - 17.00pm. This is a permanent position and a full CV will be required.
