We are looking for a Chief Information Officer to play a critical role in shaping our technology strategy, accelerating our digital transformation in alignment with our business goals. Your focus will be on strategic planning, best in class enterprise applications, business intelligence, operational risk, and efficient IT management.
Responsibilities:
* Define and articulate the enterprise technology vision and strategy in alignment with overarching business goals.
* Develop and oversee the execution of a Digital Transformation roadmap aimed at enhancing productivity and efficiency.
* Establish clear IT objectives and performance metrics to guide success.
* Architect and design comprehensive enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, and Business Intelligence platforms.
* Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of company-wide cloud solutions, hardware, software, networks, and communication systems.
* Implement robust monitoring systems to ensure the availability, performance, security, and scalability of enterprise systems.
* Manage IT operational and capital investments, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
* Conduct M&A due diligence and facilitate seamless integration of systems from acquired companies.
Skills and Experience:
* Demonstrable experience in senior technology leadership roles within a global setting, with a strong track record of strategic planning and execution.
* Proven experience in M&A due diligence and systems integration.
* Experience working with Software Product Companies and SaaS platforms is highly desirable.
* Expertise in architecting and designing enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, and BI systems.
* Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering an innovative and collaborative work culture.
