We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Contact Centre Team Leader to join thriving business in Driffield.

Being a confident, hands-on Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Sales and Customer Service agents, coaching, advising and guiding them to success.

Some of the Contact Centre Team Leader duties are:
1. Managing a team of around 8-10 people, helping them achieve targets
2. Call listening to the team, giving advice and coaching them
3. Completing regular reviews with your team, setting and managing kpi’s
4. Coaching and supporting the team with things such as upselling promotional items or end of line items
5. Being hands on, getting involved with the team, receiving inbound calls from customers processing orders and resolving any enquiries in a timely manner
6. Being a key holder, opening and closing the office at times
7. Support in manage the whole office on occasions when needed
This will be working hours a week, 5 days over 7. Shifts can be between, Monday-Friday either 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm, Saturdays 8am-5pm or Sundays 9am-5pm. You will be required to work one weekend day most weekends, and work 1 late shift a week. You will also be required to cover your team on lates if they are off.
