About The Role: As our Apprenticeships and Vocational Curriculum Manager, you will: Lead the strategic development of our apprenticeships and vocational curriculum. Ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across all vocational programmes. Build strong relationships with employers and stakeholders to expand our apprenticeship offering. Manage compliance with funding and regulatory requirements. Support and develop a team of passionate educators. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong background in curriculum development and management within apprenticeships and vocational training. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of funding, compliance, and regulatory frameworks, including Ofsted and ESFA requirements and have experiencing driving quality improvements within their area of responsibility. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential to drive excellence in our apprenticeship/vocational programmes and build lasting partnerships.
