We are recruiting an Administrator for an expanding healthcare company based in Witney, who value their staff and are dedicated to their wellbeing.
As Administrator your duties will be varied and will include:
. Answering telephone calls and liaising with clients
. Drafting emails and letters
. Taking minutes of meetings.
. Providing general administrative support to the office.
. Accurately recording and updating information on personnel record files.
. Assisting with the recruitment process for all new staff.
The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of recruitment processes, however this is not essential as training can be given. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a calm and patient manner.
