Company Description
A1 Care is a fast-growing organisation in the Bournemouth area promoting independence in the comfort of people’s own homes through both Domiciliary & Live-in Care Services.
We are currently seeking a flexible team of 3 Support Workers to join our company (2 full time / 1 relief), supporting a lovely couple to do simple things that we take for granted, such as personal care, cooking, cleaning, visiting friends and socializing. They need to be driven around; a car is provided.
Our lovely couple lives in Bournemouth, Dorset, trying to enjoy a full life despite having Cerebral Palsy. They are hoisted for all transfers and are either carried or use a wheelchair for all mobility; therefore, we need someone who can prove experience with manual handling.
At A1 Care, the company vision, mission, and values are passionately shared by the whole company, including the management team, becoming a part of a dedicated team of professional, valued, and appreciated Home Carers.
A1 Care understands how important our services are to be affordable, trustworthy, professional, and have continuity for everyone. We have embraced and implemented the values which underpin Compassion in Practice.
