As part of their continued growth, we are looking for a Campaign Operations Manager to join their dynamic team based in Bolton. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering smart metering obligations while maximising performance across customer portfolios. If you have a passion for driving results, managing people, and improving processes, this could be the perfect role for you. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor a team of five, including campaign analysts, to maximise development and performance. • Create and implement campaign strategies that align with business KPIs. • Manage process improvement projects from conception to completion. • Drive customer engagement and improve customer journeys. • Analyse and present performance data to both internal and external stakeholders. • Challenge existing processes to enhance customer experiences and improve conversions. • Ensure compliance with GDPR and uphold the company’s brand reputation. • Maximise performance for both field and contact centre operations. ________________________________________ Skills and Experience Required • Proven experience in leading a team and driving development. • Previous experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. • Strong process improvement knowledge and attention to detail. • Data-driven leader with excellent analytical skills. • Experience in contact centre environments is desirable. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. ________________________________________ Personal Attributes • Strong communication skills across all levels of stakeholders. • Ability to manage teams across multiple sites. • Proactive, resilient, and adaptable to change. • A curious thinker who translates new ideas into actionable plans. • Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. ________________________________________ What’s in It for You?
